These cost efficient Solar water heaters are an effective method to generate hot water for residential as well as commercial applications. Owing to solar properties, these are used in all kinds of climate.
It includes a storage tanks and solar collectors and are basically available in two types one, active, which has circulating pumps and controls, and the other one passive, which do not have these components. Generally solar water heaters requires a well-insulated storage tank that has an additional outlet and inlet connected to and from the collector.
The solar water heater preheats water in two-tank systems, before it enters the conventional water heater. Wheres as in one-tank systems, the back-up heater is combined with the solar storage in one tank.
